330-Drag Link Assy
On my motorbike, the ‘cup’ end of 330-Drag Link seems to be an integral part of 330-Drag Link. This seems also to be the case for Model A with Frame # 2217.

Drawing 300-Wheels Assembly shows however that the cup end of 330-Drag Link is called 327-Cup, Steering Ball and is attached to 330-Drag Link by means of a cylindrical section  that snugly fits into 330-Drag Link  and is secured with 372-Dowel.

From the drawing it looks like 327-Cup Steering Ball, consists of two parts, a ‘housing’ and a separate half cup. The ball of  323-Steering Ball Swivel Arm is clamped between both parts of  327-Cup, Steering Ball which are pressed together by  391-Peg Spring.
This is consistent with Neracar Motoring on two wheels, page 25 Fig. 21.

We know about one instance where the ‘housing’ of 327-Cup Steering Ball was brazed to 330-Drag Link.
