147-152-Mat, LH, RH Footboard  

147-Mat, LH and 152-Mat, RH  are made of very thin aluminium plate, in which the profile is pressed. This profile consists of a cross pattern of V-shaped grooves, thus forming rows of pyramids.
The pyramids are pointing up. Seen from the bottom side, the pyramids are hollow. 

The footboards are riveted to the support plates with flat headed split rivets. 

It was brought to my attention by a German Neracar owner, that the aluminium cross pattern material for the Neracar footboards is available in Germany.
This owner is willing to intermediate in purchasing the material.

 The Model A pictures show original English Model A footboards with 18 rows, resulting in a “pyramid to pyramid distance” of ¼”.

 The photograph of the American type footboard shows the new material with 26 rows from left to right at the widest section, corresponding to a row to row distance of 3/16”. This material is available as well.

 Both types of material for the footboards will be 340 x 115 mm which is large enough for cutting the correct shape.
